We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to work on multiple ongoing projects with a renowned construction company.
As a key member of the commercial department, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with architects and clients.
- Undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
- Performing risk management, value engineering and cost control functions.
- Advising on procurement strategies.
- Identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks.
- Preparing costing tenders.
- Allocating tasks to subcontractors.
- Analysing results.
- Writing detailed progress reports.
Demonstrate strong time management, communication skills, and computer literacy. Ability to prepare reports and administer necessary paperwork. Applicants should have 10 years of experience in quantity surveying.
