We are seeking an accomplished Senior Quality Engineer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your technical expertise and passion for quality assurance.
Ensure compliance with international quality standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, promoting excellence in our processes and products. Conduct thorough root cause analysis, prepare detailed non-conformance reports, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrences. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by utilizing process enhancement tools such as 5S, 5Y, and 8D. Build strong relationships with customers by effectively addressing their concerns and monitoring agreed-upon corrective actions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation and efficiently utilize QMS systems. Oversee internal and external audits to ensure seamless compliance and continuous improvement.
Key Qualifications
- Expertise in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and SPC, enabling effective quality management.
- A working knowledge of CMMs and GD&T, allowing for precise measurement and inspection.
- The ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings.
