We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of delivering exceptional Commercial fit out and refurbishment projects across London and the South East.
Lead end-to-end delivery of CAT A / CAT B fit-out projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring timely completion within agreed budgets.
Create, manage, and report against detailed delivery programs that identify risks and mitigation plans early on.
Oversight of site activities ensures works are completed according to specifications, meeting project deadlines while maintaining high quality standards throughout the lifecycle.
Produce comprehensive project documentation including RAMS, progress reports, variations, and quality checks in adherence with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Maintain accurate records of all communication between stakeholders, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
Ensure seamless collaboration contributes positively toward overall success, strategic objectives, and business performance metrics, exceeding expectations and client satisfaction ratings.
Proposed solutions put forward should be implemented as per stakeholder requirements, routinely reviewed, challenged, embraced, and held accountable.
