Job Title: Senior Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational management of a newly secured Science and Research facility.Key Responsibilities:Manage the design and construction process ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery to meet stakeholder expectations.Promote a strong SHE culture, planning and executing work safely in line with best practices and statutory regulations.Implement and manage project quality strategy, ensuring compliance with specifications, mitigating risks, maintaining records, and promoting high standards in line with our Quality Management policies.Plan, manage, and monitor subcontractor and supplier performance, ensuring competence, compliance, and effective collaboration to meet project and contractual requirements.Implement and manage the project delivery strategy.Work closely with the commercial function to understand project finances.Requirements:Construction Project Delivery experience as a Project Manager or Project Director.Major Project, Health or Science sector experience is advantageous.
