We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage technical projects within the region. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading project management processes, working collaboratively with a team environment from project inception to completion.
- Managing project stakeholders, liaising with local authorities and other internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
- Ensuring project deliverables comply with relevant legislation, standards, and policies.
You will have a strong base level of Health & Safety, Environmental, and Technical knowledge, including a good understanding of Highways & Drainage, Building Regulations, NHBC Standards, Planning, and Affordable Housing.
