The role of an Advanced Practitioner in children and families services is to provide expert care, support and guidance to vulnerable populations.

We are seeking an experienced professional who will be responsible for leading complex cases involving high-risk individuals. This position requires a strong understanding of child development, family dynamics, mental health theories, evidence-based practices and policies related to working with children and young people's mental health conditions that cover all age ranges from birth up through adolescence onwards.

This involves assessing risk factors associated with each case then developing strategies tailored towards mitigating those risks while promoting positive outcomes via collaborative efforts among stakeholders including parents, carers, young persons themselves along with other relevant professionals involved within service networks providing continuous support throughout treatment processes ensuring every individual receives the highest quality interventions appropriate to needs based on a holistic framework targeted at comprehensive therapeutic programmes delivered consistently both locally, regionally, nationally and globally depending on respective jurisdictions guidelines.
