About the Role
This is a permanent full-time position based in Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will have a competitive salary, an attractive On-Call structure, van and fuel card provision plus benefits package including Healthcare Cash Plan, Life Assurance, Family Friendly policies and Perks offering exclusive discounts.
The role involves delivering response maintenance repairs efficiently and cost-effectively while providing first-class service to customers. This will involve providing plumbing services for construction and maintenance in domestic, commercial, and industrial building environments whilst upholding safety guidelines and compliance with codes and regulations.
Activities and responsibilities include:
- Working on void and tenanted properties
- Collaboration with other team members
- Courteous and considerate service delivery
- Residential plumbing and heating fault finding, repair, replacements, servicing, and installation of toilets, baths, basins, and cold water storage systems
- Legionella testing
- Ensuring areas of work are left clean and tidy at the end of the day
- Meeting client needs
- Observing the highest levels of health and safety
- Using appropriate equipment
- Ensuring accurate completion and timely submission of site-based company documentation (electronically and paper-based)
- Meeting contract requirements and job performance in accordance with company policies and procedures, especially Equal Opportunities and Dignity at Work Policy
- Performing any duties reasonably required from time to time
