As a key player in plot sales, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of plot sale transactions for allocated regional Business Units. You will liaise with Sales and Technical teams to provide a comprehensive reporting system.
You will oversee the entire conveyancing process from initiating draft contract packs to handling enquiries, exchanging contracts and meeting deadlines. This includes liaising with Business Units on the progression of plots and resale properties, proactively managing transactions to achieve targets set for exchanges and completions.
