We are seeking an experienced Planning Support Specialist to join our team. This role will involve supporting colleagues in delivering a wide range of planning functions within the business. The successful candidate will assist in the preparation of planning appraisals, prepare and submit planning applications, conduct research and analysis on planning policy, land use, and development proposals.
About You
To be successful in this role you should have a degree in Town Planning or a related field (RTPI accredited preferred). You should also have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent research and analytical abilities.
