We are seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join our community falls prevention and rehabilitation team in Milton Keynes.

The successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team, providing physiotherapy services to individuals across the community. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience working within the NHS, preferably in a community setting.
