We are seeking an experienced Painter to join our property maintenance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing and refurbishing properties across the local area. Carry out painting and decorating works within residential and communal properties, primarily focused on change-of-tenancy projects. Undertake a range of painting tasks including full paint outs, staining door edges and saddles, and painting fences, doors, and other internal/external surfaces.
