We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized IT apprentice to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our IT equipment stock, setting up new systems for starters and movers, collecting used equipment from leavers, following established security processes, providing second-line support, resolving hardware, software, and peripheral issues, diagnosing and escalating when needed, acting as a friendly point of contact, identifying service improvements, training, shadowing expert engineers, testing features, and developing technical skills.
