This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Construction Trainee. As part of this role, you will assist with the delivery of construction projects, gaining hands-on experience in health and safety standards, programme management, budgeting, time control, quality control, design development and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To monitor and report on progress of construction projects.
  • To oversee specialist contractors to ensure they are working to high standards.
  • To manage quality control processes to deliver exceptional results.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for individuals who have a genuine interest in developing their careers within the construction industry. Key skills include well-developed organizational abilities and excellent communication skills. In addition to these qualities we require four GCSEs at grade A-C or equivalent (including maths and English), two of which must be achieved at grade C/4-9. A minimum level 3 qualification such as NVQ or diploma is also required along with a full UK driving license.
