This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Clean and Clear Operative. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for undertaking mould treatment, painting, and minor damp prevention in tenants' properties. Your duties will also include clearing and cleaning empty properties (voids), including external spaces. You must have experience with removing household goods and personal effects following a customer's tenancy coming to an end. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness within homes you are responsible for is crucial; it must meet health & safety requirements.
