The Royal Academy of Arts is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our iconic venue. As an integral member of the Onsite Operations & Experience team, you will be responsible for line managing a skilled front-of-house team and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional visitor experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring seamless delivery of operational tasks.
- Liaising with Security, Retail, and Learning teams on various projects and initiatives.
- Providing safeguarding support, evacuation procedures, and first aid training as required.
You will excel in this role if you possess proven experience in venue or event management, combined with excellent communication skills. You must be able to work independently while also being passionate about teamwork.
