We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will lead and enable the day-to-day operations of our charity, ensuring excellent outcomes for our people and communities. You will report directly to the Chief Executive and hold line management responsibilities for service managers and administration staff who collectively support over 90 colleagues.
