As Operations Director, you will be accountable for delivering profitable growth, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experience across service, projects, technical, and compliance teams.
The ideal candidate will have proven senior operational leadership experience in technical services or field service environments with a track record of delivering profitable growth and managing multi-site operations. Strong commercial acumen is essential with experience managing budgets and forecasting as well as knowledge of fire safety systems regulatory compliance desired but not required.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape strategic direction, lead high performing teams, and drive process improvements that support ambitious company goals, contributing directly to driving revenue in UK based markets.
