We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to take on a leadership role in our busy care home. As Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the facility and play a key part in ensuring residents receive the highest standards of person-centred care.
Requirements:
- NMC Registered Nurse (Active PIN)
- Minimum 2 years post-registration experience
- Experience in a senior nursing role within a care home or similar setting
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to motivate and develop their team members. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with other departments.
