We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing specialist nursing support to individuals with complex health needs within their own homes.

This is an opportunity for a dedicated nurse to work autonomously, delivering exceptional person-centred care. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for adults and children with complex health needs. You will provide specialist clinical care including long-term ventilation, tracheostomy care, oxygen therapy, suction, and enteral feeding. The role involves community travel and flexible working.
