We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Cambridgeshire. As a probation navigator, you will play a vital role in supporting adult men as they navigate the consequences of offending and rebuild their lives. You will deliver 1:1 support and group interventions, including music therapy and community projects to help Service Users strengthen relationships, improve wellbeing, and reduce social exclusion.
