We are seeking an experienced Shift Coordinator to join our team. As a Shift Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a diverse workforce, ensuring maximum satisfaction, motivation and well-being. You will have good literacy and numerical skills as well as experience of operating as a team leader within an FMCG environment. A basic Food Hygiene accreditation and a basic Food Safety accreditation are also required.
