Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced Adult Social Worker to join their clients Adults Mental Health team in Sheffield. This role requires a professional with expertise in assessing mental health needs and creating support plans. The ideal candidate will be able to coordinate access to services such as therapy, housing or benefits, while also safeguarding and advocating for vulnerable individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Avoid duplication of existing community-based services by working closely with GPs, other statutory agencies, and voluntary sector organisations.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the local population's needs including major public service reductions from government austerity measures (e.g., reducing healthcare facility provision).
