We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead R&D Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and assembly of racecars.
Preparation: Work with the R&D Leader to prepare chassis setups, subassemblies, and suspension components for private team tests, tire tests, manufacturer evaluations, straight-line tests, marketing events and select race events as required.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills. They must also possess exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
