We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to lead our nursery team. As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our nursery, ensuring high-quality care and education are delivered in line with EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
- Create a positive and collaborative culture among staff members;
- Develop and implement effective strategies to promote child development and wellbeing;
Requirements:
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent;
- A strong understanding of EYFS principles;
- Excellent leadership skills;
- Proven experience working in senior leadership roles within early years settings.
Note: You will also be required to hold a GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths within two years of starting employment.
