About The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team. As the right-hand person of the nursery manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the nursery, supporting children's care and development while upholding high standards for safety, health and well-being.
About You: You hold a Level 3 or higher qualification in Childcare (or equivalent) along with relevant experience within an early years setting. In addition to your qualifications and experience we also require that you have:
- A full understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures including basic first aid principles;
- The ability to work as part of a team;
We offer competitive salaries ranging from £31,500-£33,900 per annum depending on qualifications and experience.
