About the Role: This role is ideal for a skilled and versatile individual who can carry out repairs and maintenance tasks in occupied domestic properties. Carry out disrepair works including replacement of baths, sinks, toilets, water tanks, wash basins and pipework. Fitting fire doors, internal doors, kitchen units (worktops), skirting board etc.
The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for an experienced professional with excellent DIY skills who can work independently as well as part of a team. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills when dealing with customers.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Building Services Engineering or related field preferred but not essential
