We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Sheffield. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting electrical maintenance and fault-finding on injection moulding machinery and associated equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned, reactive, and predictive maintenance to minimise downtime and optimise performance.
  • Diagnose electrical faults systematically and implement effective solutions, reporting via a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure all equipment is handed back in a safe condition.

The ideal candidate will have experience conducting electrical maintenance on injection moulding machinery and other automated systems.

The Successful Candidate:

  • Fully qualified with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in electrical engineering (HNC/HND desirable).
  • Must also possess strong ability to read e-drawings logically and fault-find.
  • Presently experience of working with inverters, servo/DC drives, control panels circuits from 415V to 24VDC.
  • Possess understanding of pneumatics and mechanical systems advantageous.
  • A proactive team player with excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills required.
  • Flexible, resilient, confident, with a commitment to health and safety standards desired.
