Full-time Estate Caretaker Required. This is an ongoing temporary role, working Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm. The pay rate for this position is £15 per hour. Please only apply if you have previous experience in the cleaning industry. A full driving licence and strong communication skills are also required.
About This Role:
- Perform all general daily cleaning tasks in public areas of a housing estate environment.
- Sweep, vacuum and mop manual floors, dust ledges and window sills, radiators and skirting boards with damp cloths or polish as needed.
- Clean toilets, sinks and basins regularly throughout the day.
- Basic maintenance duties will be assigned on a regular basis including changing light bulbs, painting, etc.
You Will Be Expected To:
- Clean, sweep or shovel external bin areas while transporting waste materials away from sites' designated receptacles quickly and efficiently without causing litter issues anywhere else within site premises.
- Adhere to strict Health and Safety procedures, codes, guidelines, laws and regulations established to provide oversight, implementation, enforcement, continual monitoring and improvement.
