About the Role:
Maintain and repair interior and exterior building structures, fixtures, and appurtenances; bridges; heavy-duty structural and mechanical equipment or HVAC systems. Perform electrical work, which includes modifying electrical service and maintaining/repairing electrical systems. This position performs a range of tasks from preventative maintenance to complex repairs in one or more traditional trades fields such as plumbing, carpentry, painting or HVAC. This individual will also oversee skilled semi-skilled personnel in performing specific assignments/training situations.
