We are seeking an experienced CNC Shop Supervisor to lead our precision machining department. This hands-on leadership role combines technical expertise in CNC setup and programming with responsibility for managing workflow, quality, and team performance.
Technical Leadership & Programming: Expertly set up multi-axis CNC lathes and mills, write, edit and optimize CNC programs (online and offline), oversee machine and tooling maintenance to minimize downtime.
Quality & Precision: Conduct self-inspection to ensure tight tolerances, ensure all components are deburred and finished to specification.
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience as a CNC Machinist (milling and turning) with confidence in setting and operating multi-axis machines. They should also have experience in 3D design programming using FANUC controllers.
