About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced property claims specialist to join our Major Loss Team. As a key member of our team, you will handle a portfolio of major loss domestic / HNW and commercial property damage claims in Scotland. You will be responsible for managing complex claims from inception to resolution, ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes for clients. Your expertise will include assessing damage, negotiating settlements, and communicating with stakeholders to resolve disputes.
Required Skills & Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have a professional qualification such as AssocRICS or MRICS; proven experience in handling high-value property claims; excellent communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
Possible Benefits: Absolutely desirable skill set would be Chartered status – either through RICS or CII/ACII, willingness to travel frequently within Scotland.
