Corporate Insolvency Specialist
An influx of new cases over the last year and a half has led to internal promotions, resulting in an opportunity for an additional Corporate Insolvency Administrator to join our office in Derbyshire. The role involves managing case delivery, encompassing pre-appointment, progression and closure. Cases will primarily consist of liquidations with some administration and bankruptcy cases.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing key commercial aspects of the insolvent company's business.
- Predicting outcomes and making recommendations for sign-off by the Insolvency Practitioner.
- Maintaining IPS case diaries and setting up IP Systems effectively.
