We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Swimming Pool Safety Officer. As a key member of our lifeguarding team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our guests in and around the swimming pool. To achieve this, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, remain alert at all times, and respond confidently in any situation.
You must also be proficient in swimming, with the ability to:
- Jump/dive into deep water
- Swim 50 metres in less than 60 seconds
- Tread water for 30 seconds
- Surface dive to the floor of the pool
- Climb out unaided without assistance where possible
Requirements:
- Lifeguard Qualification
- Previous experience is valued but not essential; we provide training
- Friendly attitude with good communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
