We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to provide high-quality legal and administrative support across commercial, regulatory, and operational matters. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are keen to build legal experience within elite sport. Main Responsibilities
- Provide pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice and support under the supervision of Senior Legal Counsel.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including supply agreements, SaaS agreements, consultancy contracts etc.
- Evaluate compliance with UK, EU, and international regulations governing motorsport automotive industries.
- Manage the contract lifecycle from initial drafting, execution, amendments, renewals, and termination.
- Assist in developing and implementing best practices for contract templates, playbooks, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records in the document management system with timely updates.
- Conduct research to ensure alignment with regulatory developments and current best practices.
- Provide training to internal teams on contractual processes, risk mitigation strategies, and dispute resolution strategies.
- Advise on mitigating business risks.
