We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of the Private Client team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for preparing and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and reports accurately and efficiently.
- You will manage and organize client files and records with confidentiality.
- Coordinating appointments, meetings, and schedules is also part of your duties, as well as handling client communications in a professional manner using emails or phone calls.
The Ideal Candidate:
