The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating an exceptional onboarding experience by delivering engaging company inductions that set new starters up for success. This involves leveraging resources to ensure a seamless experience.
About the Role:
- Create an exceptional onboarding experience through engaging company inductions
- Be the go-to technical specialist for our Learning Management System and Learning Experience Platform, driving utilisation through relevant and engaging content
- Manage delivery of Undergraduate and New Manager programmes, building capability for early careers and future leaders
- Take full ownership of central L&D budgets, ensuring effective use while analysing spending patterns and trends to produce accurate quarterly reports
- Work with third-party training partners to schedule a fit-for-purpose learning offer
- Collaborate with managed service provider to analyse external development budget effectiveness in supporting departmental goals
