We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our team of experienced professionals in the South West Midlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical matters related to projects within the region, overseeing the complete design process, consultants, statutory and local authorities, internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring designs comply with necessary legislation, associated standards, and company policies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong base level of Health & Safety, Environmental, and Technical knowledge, as well as a good working knowledge of Highways & Drainage, Building Regulations, NHBC Standards, Planning, and Affordable Housing. They will also possess relevant qualifications, such as BTEC HND/HNC, Degree or similar in Design, Construction, or Civil Engineering, and be a member of a professional body like ICE, CIAT, CIOB. Principal Designer and associated Health and Safety training/qualifications are also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a pro-active approach to design development, working closely with a team environment from project inception through to completion.
- Manage the complete design process, consultants, statutory and local authorities, internal and external stakeholders, and ensure designs comply with necessary legislation, associated standards, and company policies.
