We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to take on the role of Head Veterinary Surgeon at our thriving practice in Scunthorpe. As Head Vet you'll be hands-on clinically while also leading and mentoring colleagues, helping set and maintain high standards, and contributing to key decisions shaping how we evolve.
The Role
This position offers fully flexible options for full-time or part-time working, with Saturdays shared fairly across the team and no on-call out-of-hours on Sundays, giving you the freedom to enjoy a healthy work-life balance.
