We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Neighbourhood Officer. As part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring that our tenants receive the support they need.

Main Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for new and existing tenancy sign ups in accordance with our organisation's lettings policies and procedures.
  • You will provide ongoing support to customers with changes to their tenancy agreements.
  • Your key objective will be to engage with customers who are experiencing rent or service charge arrears, following all stages of recovery as required by policy.
  • In addition, you will play an important role in annual tenancy checks to ensure compliance with agreements.
