We are seeking an experienced Insurance Solicitor to join our busy insurance and disputes team. Advise on and manage a varied caseload of insurance defence and liability matters for insurer clients, including personal injury, EL/PL, motor and other liability claims.
Provide coverage analysis and policy interpretation advice to insurers and reinsurers. Draft pleadings, correspondence, and strategy documents as required, representing clients at interlocutory stages, mediation, tribunal or court hearings as necessary. Work collaboratively with senior lawyers and support staff, ensuring high-quality client service.
Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor with 3-5 years post qualification experience in insurance related litigation work
- Strong technical knowledge of insurance law, liability claims, and civil procedure
- Excellent drafting and advocacy skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage business tasks in a fast-paced environment
