We are seeking a seasoned Centre Manager to drive the commercial and operational success of our purpose-built innovation centre in Stowmarket.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering Exceptional Customer Experience
- Driving Sales, Marketing, and Occupancy to Achieve Commercial Targets
- Building and Maintaining Strong Relationships with Tenants, Partners, and Stakeholders
- Ensuring the Centre is a Hub for Innovation, Skills and Local Economic Development
- Closely Working with the Innovation Advisor to Develop the Innovation and Skills Programme Delivered On Site

Fundamental Job Requirements:
- Delivering outstanding customer service - ensuring every interaction adds value across all aspects of operations (front desk assistance as needed). Ensuring this is delivered consistently throughout daily site operations.

- Pipeline Management – client journey from lead management securing sales for space at the agreed commercial terms.
