We're seeking a pioneering professional to define and implement our AI strategy. Situated within a modern data stack featuring one of the UK's richest datasets from vehicle fault histories to real-time connected car telemetry. This hands-on leadership role will oversee the deployment of safe AI solutions across Engineering, Product, Legal, Security, and Data Protection teams, enabling timely well-informed decisions.
You will partner with engineers and product teams embedding guardrails, controls, and monitoring into development and deployment while chairing cross-functional forums overseeing higher-risk use cases, advocating compliance approaches, and engaging regulators and stakeholders needed. You will lead training, cultural change, thought leadership, and influence organisational strategy and best practice, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and driving business growth through informed decision-making processes.
As an effective leader, you will work closely with various departments fostering collaboration, drive results-oriented team efforts, bring out-of-the-box ideas, push boundaries, expand capabilities, build strategic relationships, grow business, and build customer loyalty.
