We are seeking a skilled Adoptions Manager to join our team in Exeter, working on the maintenance and timely adoption of completed estate roads, sewers, pumping stations and public open spaces.
Collaborate with the Build and Commercial Departments to ensure timely sign-off/handover for roads and sewers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position with a recognized housing developer or Highway/Drainage Authority. They should possess knowledge of estate road and sewer construction & inspection as well as understanding of Highway & Water Industry standards.
