The Inclusion Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting young people to reflect, reset and thrive in a culture of high expectations. This strategic and operational position focuses on ensuring that all students are supported to succeed - academically, socially and personally. The successful candidate will lead the coordination and monitoring of internal behaviour and inclusion systems, overseeing internal reflection spaces, behaviour tracking and targeted interventions that promote engagement, accountability and readiness to learn.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the implementation of our school's Behaviour Policy
- Developing strategies for improving attendance
- Promoting student voice through whole-school initiatives
- Creating opportunities for staff development around mental health awareness
- Reviewing policy documents such as those related to SEND or Anti-Bullying/Positive Relationships & Consent policies with line managers during term time
