As a Business Improvement Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving improvement activities across the station and contribute to delivering demonstrable improvements towards our safe, outage, life extension and generation goals. You will work closely with station leadership and fleet functions to align local activities with fleet-wide strategies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the station business plan with clear performance targets, priorities, and strategies to achieve industry-leading performance.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by engaging with station staff and stakeholders.
  • Drive change in organisation improving performance and generating opportunities for future senior leadership roles.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, utilising self-motivation skills and communication as key pillars allowing success and timely progress following actionable plans.
  • Monitor/report/deliver on key metrics using Microsoft Applications, tracking information throughout the overall project process via documentation, forms, and reports.
