We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department from scratch. As an integral member of our team, you will have full ownership of all HR operations, including recruitment, compliance, payroll and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Revising and updating company HR policies, employee handbook and processes to ensure compliance with UK employment legislation.
- Liaising with employees on various matters including disciplinary actions and grievances.
- Maintaining accurate records using the HR system, uploading documentation, downloading reports and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Requirements
- To be successful in this role you must possess a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a Generalist position within an HR department.
- Solid knowledge of Irish and UK Employment Legislation is required as well as leading company audits processes procedures reporting ensuring alignment standards.
