We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will involve supporting and coaching managers on employee relations issues and processes, as well as managing an ER caseload including long-term sickness, grievances and conducting investigations.
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year's experience in a HR Advisor role within an educational setting and ideally hold a CIPD qualification. They will also be responsible for ensuring new starters have been correctly vetted and are compliant with legal frameworks.
