We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Adviser to join our Corporate Health and Safety team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing competent health and safety advice, assisting the Senior Officer in ensuring compliance with legislation, driving the health and safety strategy, conducting audits, reviews, as well as supporting staff members to follow up-to-date policies.
The role requires a proactive approach to identifying risks, developing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring staff awareness of occupational health and safety best practice. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, analytical abilities and experience in implementing effective controls.
