We are seeking qualified professionals to conduct Working Capability Assessments for benefit claimants. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the working capabilities of individuals who have made claims for benefits. This involves conducting thorough assessments, evaluating the impact of disabilities or health conditions on an individual's ability to work, and providing clear evidence to support decision-makers in determining eligibility.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying a caseload of around 5 assessments per day
- Producing factual reports of approximately 500 words per assessment
In order to excel in this role, you will require strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to produce high-quality written reports. You must also have professional registration (e.g., NMC- RGN, RMN, RNLD) and relevant post-registration experience (minimum 1 year).
