We are seeking a dedicated education leader to join our school community. As the head teacher, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a vision that aligns with our ethos of compassion, inclusion, and personalized learning.

The successful candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with Primary/Secondary teaching experience. They will also have suitable first-degree qualifications and/or NPQH.

In this role, you will adapt and tailor the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of students. You will champion a nurturing pastoral approach emphasising emotional well-being, mental health, and social development.

Safeguarding is crucial in this position as you must manage all concerns appropriately and put policies into place to develop a robust safeguarding culture within the school. This includes being able to lead the team consistently meeting Independent School Standards requirements set by Education Inspection Framework teams.

An understanding of SEN (Special Educational Needs) and its unique requirements is essential. Proven leadership skills are required to inspire others toward continuous professional growth, fostering collaboration among staff members working together efficiently towards common objectives.
